Privacy policy
Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we collect
- Data you give us voluntarily through the contact form or by writing to us: name, email, phone number and the text of your message.
- Technical data collected automatically by the server: IP address, browser type, date and time of the request, referring page. These keep the site running and secure.
- Cookie preferences, stored to remember your choices. See the Cookie policy.
We do not collect special categories of data (Article 9 GDPR) and we do not knowingly process data relating to minors.
3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis
- To answer enquiries about a property — legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep the site secure and working correctly — legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Non-essential cookies, where present — legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
4. How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for as long as it takes to handle them and, where a negotiation begins, for the duration of the relationship plus the 10 further years required by tax and civil law. Technical server logs are kept for a limited period, as a rule no longer than 12 months.
5. Who we share it with
Your data may be processed by suppliers acting as data processors: the site's hosting provider, the email service and, where necessary, professionals (notary, accountant) involved in the transaction. We never sell or pass on your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Data is processed on servers located in the European Union. Should a supplier entail a transfer outside the EEA, it will only take place with the appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR at any time:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it;
- ask for it to be corrected or erased;
- ask for processing to be restricted, or object to it;
- ask for your data to be ported;
- withdraw consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
